Nidhi Anand

Clinical Psychologist
Nidhi Anand has been studying, learning, and growing in the field of psychology for the past 7 years. During my 2 years of experience working in clinical psychology, I enhanced empathy, compassion, and passion for mental health. As a strong supporter of mental health, I believe that it is important to prioritise mental wellness just as much as physical health. It is crucial to break the stigma surrounding mental health and provide access to resources and support for those who need it. By doing so, we can create a more compassionate and understanding society where individuals feel empowered to seek help when needed. I hold various licences, like those for art therapy and clinical hypnotherapy. I deal with issues related to all the domains of childhood, neurosis, and psychosis. Through my practise, I aim to help individuals overcome their mental health challenges and lead fulfilling lives. I believe that with the right tools and guidance, anyone can achieve a state of mental wellness and resilience.
